Is the Vietnam Pre-Arrival Form Free? (Yes — Here’s the Official Site)
Since mid-2026, all major Vietnamese international airports (SGN, HAN, DAD, PQC, CXR) require every foreign passenger to complete this form before immigration. It takes about 5 minutes and gives you a QR code to show on arrival — no printing needed.
| ✅ Official (free) | ❌ Avoid |
|---|---|
| prearrival.immigration.gov.vn | Any site charging $20–50 to “process” it |
| QR code shown after you submit | Sites asking for a card to “unlock” the form |
Three quick rules: submit no more than 3 days before arrival, type your name exactly as in your passport, and screenshot the QR code in case there’s no WiFi at the airport. One submission can cover your whole family.
Want it done for you? EntryVN fills in the declaration and sends the QR code to your phone — $5 per person, or free if you are booking fast track or an e-visa with us.
