Both arrival packages get you past the hall that can hold you for three hours. The difference between them is not how fast the queue moves — it is whether you queue at all.
A separate, much shorter line
Our staff member meets you at the start of the immigration area and walks you to the priority lane. That lane still has people in it — crew, business class, other fast-track passengers — but it is a handful of people rather than several hundred.
A private lane — shared with no one
A dedicated staff member escorts you from the start of the immigration area to a separate line used by no other passenger. No crowd, no waiting behind anyone. Made for executives and business travellers whose time is worth more than the fee.

Your pre-arrival declaration, filed for you
Since 2026 every foreign passenger must submit the pre-arrival declaration before immigration at all five international airports. It is free to do yourself and we say so plainly — but the visa-type dropdown and the Vietnamese address format are where people get it wrong, and a wrong form is sorted out at the counter, not before. We fill it in and send back your QR code.
Why departure costs more than arrival
Arriving, you queue once. Immigration, then your bag, then the door — customs may glance at you, but it is quick. Leaving is three queues: the airline counter, immigration, and security screening. Each one is a separate line and each one starts you at the back, so clearing the first tells you nothing about the next two.
That is why one fast track lane does not cover a departure. Booked lane by lane it is $22 each, $66 for all three. Our all-three package is $45, because one team meets you once and walks you through every stage. The $30 Two-Lane Bundle skips check-in and runs only at Noi Bai and Cam Ranh, and only for travellers we are already handling on arrival — your flights are already in our system, which is what makes that price possible.
