What if my flight is delayed?
No problem at all. Our greeter tracks your flight in real time and adjusts their arrival time accordingly. You don’t need to notify us — we monitor your flight status automatically from the moment it departs.
Does Fast Track work for both arrivals AND departures?
Our standard Fast Track service covers arrivals (landing in Vietnam). We also offer a departure Fast Track package for travelers leaving Vietnam who want to skip check-in and security queues. Ask us about departure Fast Track when booking.
How do I pay?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (Wise), and USDT (crypto). Payment is typically made after we confirm your booking and before the service date. We’ll send you payment instructions via WhatsApp after booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of the service, we are unable to offer a refund but can reschedule for another date if needed.
Is Fast Track available for children and infants?
Yes. Children travel on the same booking as their parents or guardians — no extra charge for children under 12 on the Family/Group package. Infants in arms are included free on all packages.
