📡 Connectivity Quick Tip
One Country or Sixteen, Holafly Charges the Same
⚡ Quick Answer
Holafly prices its Vietnam plan, its 7-country Southeast Asia plan and its 16-country Asia plan at exactly the same figure — $27.50 for seven days, $73.90 for thirty. So if you buy from them, never take the Vietnam-only version. And if Vietnam is your only stop, ours is $17.
| Plan | Covers | 7 days | 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Holafly Vietnam | 1 country | $27.50 | $73.90 |
| Holafly Southeast Asia | 7 — Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam | $27.50 | $73.90 |
| Holafly Asia | 16 countries | $27.50 | $73.90 |
| EntryVN Vinaphone eSIM | Vietnam | $12 | $17 |
We went through Holafly’s own product pages expecting the regional plans to carry a premium. They do not. Three different coverage areas, one price list.
✅ What to do with that. If you have already decided on Holafly, take the Southeast Asia plan rather than the Vietnam one. It costs the same and covers six more countries you might end up in — a spontaneous few days in Cambodia stops being a second purchase.
Same price, six more countries. Code ENTRYVN takes 5% off.
See Holafly’s regional plans →⚠ But if Vietnam is your only stop, none of that matters and the comparison is $17 against $73.90 for the same thirty days of uncapped data. That is the gap a regional plan cannot close.
Vinaphone, Mobifone and Viettel — nine plans, 7 to 30 days, from $9.
See the Plans →Is “uncapped” really uncapped?
Read the fair-use clause of any plan sold as unlimited, ours included. Holafly publish theirs: operators may temporarily reduce speed for up to one day at a time, and hotspot sharing is capped at 1 GB per day.
Do I get a Vietnamese phone number?
No. Our plans are data only — no number, no calls in or out, no SMS. Travel eSIMs are the same, so it is not a reason to pay more. Grab and Be reach you in-app over data, and WhatsApp or Zalo cover calls.
Can I check this pricing myself?
Yes, and you should. Open esim.holafly.com and compare the Vietnam, Southeast Asia and Asia pages. The figures above were read there on 30 September 2026 and prices change without notice.
