Can You Change Your Entry Point After Getting E-Visa?
When applying at evisa.gov.vn, you select your intended entry checkpoint (e.g., Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi) and exit checkpoint (e.g., Tan Son Nhat, HCMC). These are printed on your approved e-visa and cannot be changed after approval.
If your travel plans change — say you now want to fly into Da Nang instead of Hanoi — you’ll need to apply for a new e-visa with the correct entry point. The original fee ($25 single / $50 multiple) is non-refundable.
For flexible itineraries, apply close to your travel dates when plans are confirmed to avoid needing to reapply.
